Pet Policy

At this time, only dogs and cats are allowed in our complex, with a completed and approved pet application. All animals must meet this approval process prior to being allowed on our property. A non-refundable fee and a deposit will be required for all animals. Each apartment is allowed no more than 1 pet and they must weigh no more than 75 lbs. 

Restricted dog breeds include Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies or any mixes of the above.
